Following an internal restructure, the UK head office of Moore Industries needed to outsource their IT Support function. They needed a local company, who were able to offer a flexible approach to providing day to day IT support, and integrate with their business to ensure the IT solutions used were current and appropriate.
During the time we have been working with them, we have undertaken various projects including the provision and support of a new server, a Virtual Private Network enabling staff to work from remote locations, and assisting with the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management tool, as well as general IT support.
